Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Manpower
Coordinator cum Business Development Executive to support and grow our
manpower and trading operations. The ideal candidate will manage workforce
deployment and coordination while simultaneously developing new client
relationships and expanding business opportunities across target sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manpower Coordination:
- Handle
end-to-end coordination of workforce deployment including sourcing,
documentation, and placement.
- Communicate
with clients to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely supply
of skilled/unskilled labor.
- Manage
employee onboarding, contract preparation, visa processing, and compliance
with labor laws.
- Maintain
and update manpower databases and deployment records.
- Liaise
with internal departments and external partners for smooth operational
execution.
- Conduct
regular follow-ups with deployed staff and address any on-site issues.
Business Development:
- Identify
new business opportunities in target industries (construction, facilities
management, logistics, etc.).
- Develop
and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat
business.
- Promote
the company's manpower solutions to potential clients via calls, visits,
presentations, and networking events.
- Prepare
quotations, proposals, and service agreements based on client
requirements.
- Conduct
market research to analyze trends and competitor activities.
- Meet
set targets for sales and client acquisition.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4
years of experience in manpower coordination and/or business development.
- Strong
understanding of workforce management, recruitment processes, and labor
regulations.
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Multilingual
capabilities (e.g., English, Hindi, Arabic) are a plus.
Preferred:
- Experience
in Gulf region manpower operations.
- Existing
client network in industries such as construction, security, cleaning, or
logistics.
- Valid
UAE/GCC driving license (if applicable).

Office Coordination:
- Manage
daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the
office.
- Coordinate
schedules, meetings, and communications for internal teams and clients.
- Handle
correspondence, documentation, and filing systems (physical and digital).
- Support
HR and operational processes such as onboarding, employee record-keeping,
and leave tracking.
- Ensure
office supplies, equipment, and facilities are well-maintained and
restocked.
- Liaise
with vendors, service providers, and landlords.
Business Development:
- Identify
potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop
and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Assist
in drafting business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Support
client inquiries and follow up on leads via phone, email, and in-person
meetings.
- Represent
the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor
market trends and competitor activity to identify new business
opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven
experience in office coordination and/or business development (2+ years
preferred).
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.

organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability
to work independently and as part of a team.

level of professionalism, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience
in the manpower/recruitment or operations industry.
- Valid
Saudi driving license.
